Hi, I’m Houston and you may think I’m crazy because I have been perfecting these dressings for years! For the past 20 years I have been working in the Restaurant Design, Development and Commercial Real Estate business. I’ve owned a couple of restaurants and have grown to love the food & hospitality business. When I would go out to eat I was always asking for some combination of ingredients to make my Louisiana Mayo, never quite having everything I needed to make it perfect. After much frustration, a very good friend of mine said, “Why don’t you print up some cards that you can just give to the server so they can bring you the ingredients you need?!” I never did that of course, but being a man of faith, I decided that what the heck… “Let’s do it!”. So I stepped out in faith and started Houston’s Dressings and sauces. I was fortunate that the daughter of one of my best friends created the label with a really classy look. She also helped in developing the web site where you can purchase the first three of our dressings. I am so excited to be able to share my dressings & sauces with my family, friends, and clients. So if you like our dressings and sauces spread the word around.
