Houston’s Champagne Dressing

• Serves 4-6
• 1 package of Fresh Spring Mix
• ½ cup Kalamatra olives - pitted and sliced
• 4 oz crumbled Feta Cheese
• ½ cup Sliced Almonds - Toasted
• Houston’s Champagne Dressing

Toast sliced Almonds in small skillet with olive oil until golden brown. In a large bowl combine all ingredients, add Houston’s Champagne Dressing and toss well. Salad is best served same day it is prepared.


Houston’s Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette

• Serves 4-6
• 1 package of Fresh Mixed Greens
• ½ cup Candied Pecans - crushed
• ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
• 2 Gala Apples - sliced
• 5 oz Brie - peeled and cut into ¼” pieces
• Houston’s Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette

Divide salad greens onto plates. Sprinkle pecans, cranberries, apples, and Brie onto plate. Drizzle Houston’s Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette over each salad. Serve immediately.

 


Houston’s Louisiana Mayo

• Serves 4
• 1 California Sourdough loaf
• 1lb of Sliced Turkey
• 1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers - sliced
• Sliced Red Onions
• Spring Mix (optional)
• Your Choice of Cheese- (Suggestion Monterey Jack)
• Houston’s Louisiana Mayo

Preheat Panini grill. Slice 8 slices of sourdough bread. Spread each half with Houston’s Louisiana Mayo. Layer bottom halves with sliced turkey, bell peppers, onions, and cheese. Put sandwiches together, forming 4 sandwiches. Grill Panini’s for 5 minuets.
